Delivery Area
We mainly deliver within the EU. You can find further delivery areas at the bottom of the page.

Shipping Costs
We calculate our shipping costs per country, and the shipping cost will be included in the final product price you see on the checkout. Our shipping service provider is DHL. Please note that no deliveries are made on Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays. If you order before 12 noon, the goods will be shipped on the same day (provided that the payment has been received).

Outbound Shipping Costs
If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, we will refund the costs of sending the goods from us to you. If the delivery of the ordered goods from us to you is free of charge due to the order value of your order and you only exercise your right of withdrawal with regard to a part of the goods ordered, so that the remaining goods with you do not reach the amount of the free shipping costs, you have to bear the outbound shipping costs in the amount that would have been incurred if you had only ordered the remaining goods with you.

Return Shipping Costs
In case of exercising your right of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning parcel-shippable goods. You also bear the costs of returning non-parcel-shippable goods. The costs are estimated to be a maximum of approximately 65.00 euros.

Delivery Time
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. The delivery time is approximately 1-2 working days to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, 3-4 working days to Austria, and 5-6 working days to other EU countries.
